Our Fort Street studio was designed to feel like a considered retreat: deep violet accents against clean northern light, timber detail work, and quiet that lets the consultation breathe. We limit daily bookings deliberately, so each stylist can give complete attention to the guest in their chair. Whether you are here for a colour correction that takes three hours or a nail appointment that takes thirty minutes, the standard of care does not change. The clean, cool daylight of the Pacific Northwest shapes every colour decision we make.
Victoria's northern light is one of the most honest lights a colourist can work in. What looks right in our chairs looks right outdoors, under fluorescent office lighting, and on camera. We oriented our Fort Street workspace to maximise natural daylight at the stations where colour is applied, and we supplement with daylight-balanced LED to maintain consistency on overcast mornings. The violet-creative palette of our interior — soft lilac on the feature wall, warm timber shelving, brushed nickel hardware — is not simply decoration. It reflects the tonal range we work in daily: cool, considered, precise, with warmth where it matters.
