Before You Book — a Note on Consultations

Some services require a consultation before an appointment can be confirmed.

For colour correction, special occasion styling, and courses of skincare treatment, we ask that you book a consultation first — either by phone or in person. This protects your time and ours, and ensures that the appointment we schedule is the right length for the work required. For standard hair cuts, gel manicures, and introductory facials, you can book directly via our online booking form without a prior consultation. If you are uncertain which category your service falls into, please call or email and our front-of-house team will advise.
