Every hair appointment begins with a proper consultation, regardless of how straightforward the brief appears.
The consultation is not a formality at Pulsekbeta — it is the most important part of the appointment. Before any cutting begins, your stylist will review your hair's current condition, discuss your styling habits, assess your natural growth patterns, and talk through what "low maintenance" or "voluminous" or "sharp" actually means to you. This conversation typically takes ten to fifteen minutes, and it is the reason our guests rarely leave with something they did not ask for. We work across all hair types and textures, and we are one of the few boutique salons in Victoria with a dedicated specialist for naturally curly and coily hair.

What We Do Not Offer — and Why That Matters
Honest boundaries are a sign of genuine expertise.
Pulsekbeta does not offer same-day walk-in hair services. This is a deliberate choice: a quality consultation cannot be rushed, and our booking structure protects the time needed to do the work properly. We also do not perform hair extension services at this time. If a client asks, we are happy to refer them to trusted extension specialists in Victoria rather than attempt a service outside our current competency. Transparent referrals are, we believe, a better form of client care than an overpromised result.
